We all know that creating any documentation is hard. What is even harder is keeping the documentation up-to-date. And keeping it all consistent, well don’t even dream about that.


The Documentation Toolkit solves this near impossible challenge.


It creates documentation using a Master document and drawing on the data in your PSA tool. Images and richly formatted text can be added based on your client’s information. You can include standard documentation like product expiry notices in the Master document and roll it out to all your clients. What’s more, you can add documentation exclusively into a client’s document and still be able to update it using the Master.
